Christmas open house features area school choirs at American National Bank

Carolers from area schools filled the lobby with music at American National Bank’s annual Christmas Open House, a tradition going back about 40 years.

The day featured performances by Kindlelight Preschool, AA’s Treehouse, Chapel Hill 4^th and 5^th grade, E.C. Brice Elementary, Vivian Fowler Elementary, Corprew Elementary, Harts Bluff Elementary, Harts Bluff Middle and Harts Bluff High School.

Bankers began breaking out decorations in November, said Denise Davis.

“It’s a group effort,” she said. “Everybody helps get ready.”
